Forrest Lang

Forrest Lang is someone who has walked through the fire and now lights the path for others. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Forrest served as a hospital corpsman, providing care and support to fellow service members during his deployment in Iraq. The discipline, resilience, and brotherhood forged in those years became the foundation for how he shows up for others today.

After his military service, Forrest faced battles of a different kind, overcoming addiction, trauma, and the challenges of rebuilding a life from the ground up. Through that journey, he discovered a powerful truth: our stories, even the painful ones, can become lifelines for someone else.

That belief inspired him to create Angel Blue Book, a project dedicated to helping people capture and share their lived experiences, transforming pain into purpose and survival into strength. Today, Forrest uses his story to offer hope, guidance, and encouragement to others navigating their own struggles.

His mission is simple but profound: to prove that no one is alone, that redemption is always possible, and that even the darkest chapters can lead to a brighter future.
